The Time Traveler’s Wife Movie

finally, i’ve watched this movie.

based on novel with the same title by Audrey Niffenegger.

i’ve read the novel, and curious bout the movie though.

the synopsis? here, i gave  you. LOL

Based on the premise of The Time Traveler’s Wife, a Chicago librarian (Bana) has a genetic disorder that causes him to time travel randomly. Though he often disappears from her life for long periods of time, he tries to build a romantic relationship with Clare Abshire, an artist (McAdams).

Henry, the librarian, meets his future wife Clare when she is only six years old. Chronologically, however, he meets her for the first time when Clare is an adult but Henry is twenty-eight. At that point Clare has known Henry all of her adult life.

Henry was played by Eric Bana, and Claire by Rachel McAdams.

if you want to watch this movie, maybe you should read the novel first.

cause, yes, it’s a little bit confused, cause the story time was not reguler.

you will bring to the future and then to the past.

and, maybe it’s kind of boring if you don’t like romantic drama.

but, you will see Eric Bana naked. LOL

Rachel was pretty too. and i love little Claire. she was incredible. =)

little Claire was played by Brooklynn Proulx.

back to the story.

the ending was different too.

in the novel, Henry travel to the future, and meet the old Claire before she died. (if i’m not wrong)

but, in the movie, Henry visit Claire, like 4 years after his death.

i don’t know why the ending was like that. i prefer the novel’s ending. =(

cause it seems more romantic when you saw your true love at the end of your life. =)

but, i appreciate the ending of this movie too.

well, maybe i will give 7/10 to this movie.

yeah, every movie that based on novel, was not good as the novel.

but, really appreciate it. ^^
